For Investors

Verify Your Accreditation

Our offerings are available only to verified accredited investors. Before you can invest, we need to confirm your accredited status.

Why We Verify

Freedom CRE’s offerings are made under SEC Rule 506(c) of Regulation D. Rule 506(c) allows a fund to publicly discuss an offering, but it requires that every investor’s accredited status be confirmed through reasonable verification before any sale. That is a legal requirement of the offering, not an extra hurdle we have added, and it protects both the fund and its investors.

To satisfy the requirement, you can find out more about what qualifies as an accredited investor, then verify your status by providing one of the documents below.

Items You Can Upload - Pick One

  • A brokerage statement, retirement account statement, or bank statement showing assets in excess of $1MM.
  • A letter from a registered broker-dealer, an investment adviser registered with the SEC, a licensed attorney in good standing, or a Certified Public Accountant stating that you are an accredited investor.
  • A Form W-2, Form 1099, Schedule K-1 to Form 1065, Form 1040, or other satisfactory IRS form for each of the preceding two years showing income over $200,000 annually, or $300,000 combined income with your spouse.

If we already have a verification letter on file for you that is less than 90 days old, you can skip this step.

This page is for informational purposes only and is not an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offering is made only through official offering documents to verified accredited investors. See our disclaimer for important information.
